Were seeking a confident and ambitious C&E Sales Manager to lead a thriving sales office, drive revenue growth, and inspire a team of three Sales Executives while managing conferences, meetings, groups, and private events.

Analyse performance, forecast sales, and monitor competitor activity.

What Were Looking For

Proven hotel C&E sales management or senior executive experience.

Background in a 4-star branded or independent hotel.

Knowledge of reactive sales and revenue strategy.

Skilled user of Opera (or similar).

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
