Profile Summary

This role supports a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-paced and exciting organisation, contributing to the delivery of key planning, forecasting, and business insight functions. The Analyst plays a critical role in financial reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, directly influencing strategic and operational decisions across the business.

This position includes business partnering with senior stakeholders across various departments, working closely with non-finance teams to co-develop short- and medium-term financial plans.

With a strong emphasis on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial data, the Analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between finance and wider business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider FP&A and Finance teams to meet business objectives and uphold high reporting standards.

  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to shape and deliver financial planning aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Analyse and interpret payroll data monthly, identifying key movements and trends across the organisation.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes through robust financial analysis.

  • Provide data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making at senior levels.

  • Take a proactive role in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and suggesting efficiencies.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong academic background and highly numerate.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to balance accuracy and pace.

  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets and financial modelling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with non-finance teams.

  • Skilled at deriving insights from data and supporting strategic recommendations.
