Role Overview-
Job Title: Financial Administrator

Salary: Up to £36,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Office-based (free parking included)

Study Support: Full funding & day release for exams (e.g., CII qualifications)

Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and providers in a professional manner

Supporting the paraplanning and advisory team with administrative tasks

Preparing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Processing new business applications and tracking through to completion

Managing meeting packs, valuations, and correspondence

Updating and maintaining CRM and back-office systems
This is a client-focused administration role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in financial services.
What We’re Looking For-
Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management admin role

Comfortable and professional on the phone with clients and providers

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Interest in developing professionally through exams (desirable)
