Desian Education are supporting a local primary school who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking team from September 2025. The role will be for 12 months with the chance to become permanent.

- Has a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Brings creativity, energy, and a child-centred approach to teaching
- Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Promotes learning through play, discovery, and structured routines
- Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice
**Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply - we offer excellent support and mentoring.
