Your new companyOur client is a well-respected defendant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Associate (4+ PQE) to join their Liverpool office where you will handle your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence cases. The firm offers a very competitive salary and benefits along with plenty of hybrid flexibility. Your new roleThis Clinical Negligence Associate position will see you handle your own caseload of wide-ranging clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of the NHS Litigation Authority and NHS Trusts. Cases will be a mix of litigated and pre-litigated work. You may be expected to assist the Team Manager and other team members with the running of their caseload when necessary. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience defending high-value and complex clinical negligence claims is required. Applicants must have defendant experience. You must have excellent technical ability and knowledge of CPR.
