In this dynamic, hybrid role, you'll work closely with a forward-thinking Operations team to ensure the successful delivery of retrofit projects across a range of residential properties. This role will be a mixture of being out on site and being in the office.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (MINIMUM 6 months)

• ECMK accreditation

• Strong working knowledge of PAS2035 standards and procedures

• Significant hands-on experience in the construction or building sector, ideally within a customer-focused repair and maintenance environment

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels

• Strong decision-making ability backed by sound judgement

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sharp customer focus

• A proactive team player with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
