Are you an experienced HR Officer who thrives in a fast paced environment where you can have autonomy over your own employee and management team?
I am currently working with a client who are looking for an experienced HR Officer, reporting into a HR Business Partner duties include:
- Leading on all absence cases
- Supporting business partner in investigations for more complex employee relations cases
- Supporting in all new employee cases from recruitment to on-boarding including detailed right to work and background checks
- Attending and note taking at formal HR meetings
- Maintain HRIS
- Issuing new starter contracts and creating welcome packs
Please note this is a full time position with hybrid and flexible working with the expectation to visit your sites weekly (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire) so full driving license & own transport is essential.
For this role we are looking for experienced HR Officer's who have experience leading or supporting on employee relations cases and ideally hold a CIPD qualification level 3 or equivalent.
You will be used to working in regulated environments where even though you are working at pace attention to detail and accuracy are paramount and you will be experienced in audits with a thorough understanding of GDPR.
