Account Manager
- Location: Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid home working
- Salary 30,000 - 35,000 + Bonus
- Permanent, full time - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely and building relations with leading automotive brands. You will be expected to retain existing clients and improve customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
The role requires you to deliver against business priorities and targets and drive growth via account management.
This role offers the opportunity to work from home for 2 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the commercial point of contact for any client issues that are raised and take personal ownership of any service issues to ensure they are resolved by the appropriate party
- Support strategic objectives, secure budgets, and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop account strategies focused on long-term success and client value
- Keep client contacts updated on client database
- Work proactively to identify low use and high use clients and where appropriate and possible identify contact plans and action plans to correct the position.
- Make regular calls to clients to maintain customer relations.

- Previous experience in Account Management / Sales Support / Customer Success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
