  • Lead compelling pitch creation: Work alongside senior lawyers and BD professionals to craft client-focused, high-impact proposals and presentations.
  • Drive profitable growth: Support strategic business development efforts to help win new work and enhance client relationships.
  • Shape the firm’s approach to pitching: Maintain and improve the firm’s pitch infrastructure, including tools, templates, and a centralised content library.
  • Collaborate across departments: Partner with teams across finance, knowledge, client insights and risk to bring the best of the firm to every proposal.
  • Champion excellence: Guide junior team members, share best practices, and promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • First-class writing, editorial, and content management skills.
  • A strong background in business development or marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
