A well-established legal practice with offices in Manchester and Liverpool is seeking a Fee Earner / Litigator to join its Housing Disrepair Breach of Contract team. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible hours and hybrid working (50/50 split).

You will manage a caseload of post-litigation claimant matters, focusing on enforcing breach of settlement agreements - particularly where agreed repairs have not been completed by landlords. The role involves work under both Part 7 and Part 8 of the Civil Procedure Rules, with some drafting required.

Candidates should have at least one year of litigation experience and a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. While housing disrepair experience and knowledge of case management systems (e.g. Proclaim) are desirable, they are not essential.

Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are key, along with commercial awareness and the ability to work efficiently in a volume litigation environment.
