This firm offers a collaborative environment and a strong support structure, making it an excellent place for someone who thrives in a busy, people-oriented role.

About the Role

This is a high-volume, client-facing role, sitting at the heart of the firm’s client support team. You will act as the first point of contact for inbound client calls - up to 80 per day - across various high-profile cases. These include matters such as emissions claims and sensitive product liability work.

You will be actively involved in ongoing litigation, kept informed of developments, and will work closely with Partners and team leads to ensure clients are supported with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of inbound client enquiries

  • Liaising with Partners and team leads to stay informed on case progress

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating clients with relevant information

  • Providing professional and empathetic support, particularly in sensitive cases

  • Occasional travel to the firm’s Manchester office (all expenses reimbursed)

Team Structure

You’ll be joining a supportive team of eight, with three team leads and a highly approachable manager. The firm places strong emphasis on training and collaboration.

Additional Information

  • There may be occasional shift work; preferences will be considered when submitting candidates

  • This is not a traditional legal support role and is well suited to individuals with a strong customer service or call-handling background

  • There is scope to develop and grow within the team, with exposure to high-impact legal work

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or high-volume customer service role

  • Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach

  • Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

  • Experience within legal, medical or similar regulated environments is advantageous but not essential

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a meaningful, fast-paced environment where the work has a direct impact on people’s lives.
