About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Fee Earner/Legal Advisor to join our client's Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and achieving the best possible results in their cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Progress and manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage your own caseload while keeping clients' expectations in check.
  • Work to deadlines and targets, prioritising a varied caseload effectively.
About You:
  • Previous experience in managing a caseload of personal injury cases.
  • Target-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.
  • Confident in working to set targets.
  • Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to provide a high level of client care.
  • Efficient and effective, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
