Job Opportunity: 3x Block Pavers
Location: Liverpool City Centre, UK
Duration: 3 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Rate: 18.50 Per Hour - CIS
We are seeking an experienced Block Paver with their own tools to start ASAP on a site in Liverpool City Centre, doing block paving and flagging to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Prepared ground surfaces, including excavation, leveling, and compacting, to ensure a stable base for paving.
- Laid block paving for driveways, footpaths, patios, and public spaces, following design plans and specifications.
- Installed edging, kerbs, and drainage systems to ensure durability and proper water flow.
- Cut and shaped paving blocks to fit around obstacles and create neat, professional finishes.
- Used tools such as vibrating plate compactors, saws, and screeding bars to complete high-quality installations.
- Carried out repairs and maintenance on existing paved surfaces, including lifting and relaying blocks.
- Maintained a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Worked independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Driving License- preferred but not essential
- Must be able to provide references
- Own Tools and PPE
- Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
