Role: Examinations administrator/officer

Eden brown are recruiting Exam officers/administrators on behalf of a leading further education college in Merseyside.
These are temporary full time roles to start as soon as possible.
The Role:
We are seeking dedicated Exam Officers and Exam Administrators to manage and support the college's internal and external examination processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of all exam procedures in line with awarding body requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and oversee the administration of GCSE, A-level, BTEC and/or vocational exams
* Ensure all JCQ and awarding body regulations are met
* Manage exam timetables, candidate entries, and seating plans
* Liaise with teaching staff, students, and invigilators
* Maintain secure and accurate records of examination materials
* Support the coordination of results days and post-results services
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in exam administration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and student data systems
A DBS will also be needed for this role, if you don't have a current DBS check Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
