I am working with a global food service provider who are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a soon to open venue.
The venue will incorporate board room dining, fine dining restaurant and a more casual restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth operations over the dining areas managing a team of support managers and supervisors.
This is a role for someone who is passionate, knowledgeable, focuses on the guest experience and shows considerable attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be skilled in maximizing their teams potential managing both variable & fixed in delivering a business that is guest focused, sustainable, exciting, innovative and profitable.
My client is looking for an experience Restaurant manager that has the following.
Must have strong knowledge of restaurant efficency, cost management, and financial and previous P&L accountability.
A strong knowledge and passion for premium hospitality efficency
You should have strong attention to detail
Expericed in manager a large team of staff both permanent and temporary.
