DCT Recruitment are looking to recruit experience Business Development Manager, your role will focus on growing our B2B business both locally and internationally through strategic field/telesales initiatives. You'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, from small health stores to large retailers.

Role:
Develop and execute field/telesales strategies and goals.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Implement a thorough and organised approach to journey planning and sales calls by utilising cold and warm leads.
Keep accurate customer records
Meet and exceed sales targets in your designated region.

Experience:
Established background in Field/Telesales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised approach to planning and executing sales calls.
Experience in food supplement sales is desirable but not mandatory.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Basic understanding of CRM software.
Strong negotiation skills.
Probing and fact-finding techniques.
Aptitude for understanding market trends and customer needs.
A valid drivers license.
