Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage and support team members to achieve performance goals.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service quality.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor and report on service performance metrics.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Person Specifications
Must Have

Proven experience in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Nice to Have

Experience in the public sector or similar environment.

Knowledge of local government operations.

Additional certifications in management or related fields.
