What You'll Do:

  • Support young people with SEMH challenges in secondary school settings.
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups, and occasionally deliver home-based tuition.
  • Encourage emotional growth and academic progress.
  • Monitor development and report regularly on student outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior school experience in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply).
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a classroom or support role.
  • UK working rights and Monday-Friday availability.
