The Role:You'll work closely with students across secondary schools who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.Support includes 1:1 mentoring, emotional guidance, and academic catch-up where required.You'll be tracking progress and contributing to student reports.

Key Duties:

  • Provide tailored support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Adapt between classroom, small group, and home-based learning
  • Respond to behavioural challenges with patience and professionalism
  • Be ready to begin immediately

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in UK schools is essential
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child and Adult Workforce), or willingness to apply
  • Minimum 6 months of school-based experience
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
