The Role:You'll work closely with students across secondary schools who have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.Support includes 1:1 mentoring, emotional guidance, and academic catch-up where required.You'll be tracking progress and contributing to student reports.
Key Duties:
- Provide tailored support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Adapt between classroom, small group, and home-based learning
- Respond to behavioural challenges with patience and professionalism
- Be ready to begin immediately
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in UK schools is essential
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child and Adult Workforce), or willingness to apply
- Minimum 6 months of school-based experience
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Available Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
