Position: Registered Manager

Location: Liverpool, UK

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: 40,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care service based in St Helens, Merseyside. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care is provided to our clients and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of person-centered care.
  • Conducting regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure they are meeting their needs and making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with external agencies and professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
  • Managing the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
  • Ensuring the service is compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the financial stability of the service.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
