If you have experience working with children with additional needs in schools, nurseries, care or youth settings, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work closely with children who have special educational needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and learning disabilities. Roles include 1:1 support, small group work, general classroom help and SEN support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (formal or informal)
  • A calm, patient and positive attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is helpful but not essential
