SEN Teaching Assistant - Liverpool

Do you have a knack for helping children with their learning? We are looking for a trustworthy and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a great department in Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September.

Your Role:

You'll be crucial in supporting students with special educational needs. This includes:

  • Providing assistance during class and in one-to-one sessions.
  • Promoting student participation and emotional well-being.
  • Keeping precise records of student conduct and progress.
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Using a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 months of experience supporting children with SEN in a UK school.
  • You must have an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to get one).
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education.
