About the Role:You'll work closely with students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and physical or sensory impairments. Your goal? To deliver accessible, engaging lessons that help every learner thrive.
Key Duties:
- Designing and teaching lessons adapted to various needs using P Scales
- Build trust and consistency through strong, supportive relationships
- Assist with daily routines and personal care when required
- Implement creative strategies to encourage focus and motivation
We're Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
- Experience working in UK SEN settings
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday
