About the Role:You'll work closely with students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and physical or sensory impairments. Your goal? To deliver accessible, engaging lessons that help every learner thrive.

Key Duties:

  • Designing and teaching lessons adapted to various needs using P Scales
  • Build trust and consistency through strong, supportive relationships
  • Assist with daily routines and personal care when required
  • Implement creative strategies to encourage focus and motivation

We're Looking For:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
  • Experience working in UK SEN settings
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday
