We're seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join a supportive school environment in Liverpool. This long-term, full-time position starting in September is perfect for a teacher who thrives on helping students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) achieve their full potential.About the RoleAs a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering inclusive, differentiated lessons for children with a variety of additional learning needs. This includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties (SLD/PMLD), and Complex Learning Needs (CLD). You'll use creative and flexible teaching methods to engage students, build trusting relationships, and develop personalised lesson plans aligned with the P Scales framework. Some personal care assistance may also be required.Key Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience supporting SEN pupils in UK schools.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
