Role Overview:You'll be teaching students with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD, delivering personalised learning experiences and helping them reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement customised lessons to suit each learner's needs.
- Teach using adaptive methods in line with P Scales.
- Build strong rapport and create a nurturing learning environment.
- Promote positive behaviour through inclusive strategies.
- Support with personal care tasks where applicable.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply.
- Experience teaching in UK-based SEN environments.
- Confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching techniques.
- Ready for a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM-3:30 PM).
