Role Overview:You'll be teaching students with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and SLD, delivering personalised learning experiences and helping them reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement customised lessons to suit each learner's needs.
  • Teach using adaptive methods in line with P Scales.
  • Build strong rapport and create a nurturing learning environment.
  • Promote positive behaviour through inclusive strategies.
  • Support with personal care tasks where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply.
  • Experience teaching in UK-based SEN environments.
  • Confident in behaviour management and inclusive teaching techniques.
  • Ready for a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM-3:30 PM).
