My client, a leading law firm based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, is seeking a highly organised, professional and productive Receptionist / Office Generalist. Based from modern offices with excellent commute links, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a varied workload and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of professionalism.


Your new role
The position is being offered full-time from Monday to Friday, based fully from the office in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the business.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering, screening, and directing calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, well-presented and stocked with necessary materials
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Overseeing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is stocked and in good working order
Organising and scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when required
Supporting the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their workplace is set up and providing general assistance when needed
Providing general administration support to the wider team



What you'll need to succeed
Proven history within an office administration post
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Very well presented
Good IT skills
Used to dealing with people at all levels
