Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pipe Welder to join our team. The Pipe Welder will be responsible for assembling, installing, and welding pipes in various positions using specialized equipment and techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of welding processes and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other piping materials using SMAW, GTAW, or other welding processes.

  • Fabricate and install piping systems in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, API).

  • Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols.

  • Measure, cut, and fit pipe sections using appropriate tools.

  • Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness and conformance to specifications.

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Collaborate with pipefitters, engineers, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

  • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.

  • Document work activities, material usage, and any deviations from plans.
