Escape Recruitment Services' Commercial Division is working in partnership with a multinational engineering company based in West Lothian. We're recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you'll manage relationships with blue-chip clients, drive revenue growth, and liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
- Develop commercial opportunities and support ongoing business growth.
- Work closely with the Planning team to communicate supply issues and manage customer expectations.
- Lead customer review meetings and coordinate follow-up actions across internal teams.
- Manage, quote and close customer enquiries in line with company policy.
- Report on KPIs, budgets, forecasts and other commercial data to senior leadership.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an account management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and lead.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
