Escape Recruitment Services' Commercial Division is working in partnership with a multinational engineering company based in West Lothian. We're recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll manage relationships with blue-chip clients, drive revenue growth, and liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
  • Develop commercial opportunities and support ongoing business growth.
  • Work closely with the Planning team to communicate supply issues and manage customer expectations.
  • Lead customer review meetings and coordinate follow-up actions across internal teams.
  • Manage, quote and close customer enquiries in line with company policy.
  • Report on KPIs, budgets, forecasts and other commercial data to senior leadership.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an account management role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and lead.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
