- Take charge of day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials with precision and speed.
- Stock Management Wizard: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure stock is organized and accessible, and conduct regular checks to keep everything accounted for.
- Process Builder Extraordinaire: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine warehouse processes that enhance efficiency and productivity. You'll document workflows, create detailed stock profiles, take control of the defective and refurbished process and oversee scrapping non-repairable items in compliance with regulations.
- Transport Coordinator: Arrange for the smooth transport of materials to and from field technicians, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Safety Advocate: Promote a safe and efficient working environment, implementing safety protocols and encouraging a culture of vigilance.

- Experience: A background in warehouse operations or logistics, with a keen knowledge in technology or stock management and material handling.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in warehouse management systems and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-On Attitude: Physically capable of handling, packing, and unpacking stock as needed.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions on the fly.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and the ability to commute to our warehouse in Livingston.
