Food Quality Auditor

You will be working for a leading food manufacturing company playing a crucial role in driving the quality culture.  You will have proven experience of working with major UK retailers conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of production processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Assist with root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and participate in external audits.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for compliance.
  • Support production teams in adhering to quality standards.
  • Communicate audit findings and quality metrics to management.
  • Conduct gap analysis of customer codes and ensure proper procedures are in place.

Skills, qualifications and experience required

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
