Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design and draughting projects of varying size and complexity. This role requires a strong technical background, design skills, and the ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading work on engineering packages large and small, ensuring satisfactory completion.
- Solving engineering issues and heading the company's design function.
- Overseeing team design output and presentation.
- Providing commercial awareness during project execution.
- Liaising with clients regarding engineering issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree or similar in an engineering discipline.
- Experience of Solidworks CAD package.
- Understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
- Experience of MS Excel and MS Project .
- Legal status to work in the UK.
- Training is available where required.
