We are recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to join the team of a world leading Freight and Logistics company, based in the East Midlands Gateway in the Castle Donington area.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday
09:00-17:15
Temp to Perm
Your day to day will include:
- Control of the financial spreadsheets for other branches
- Processing incoming invoices
- Daily financial reporting
- Identifying any discrepancies and ruery resolution
- Providing finance support to other departments
- Data entry, filing, photocopying
- Other Ad Hoc Administrative tasks.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting or finance based role.
- Confident IT user, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a role in the logistics or freight forwarding industry would be beneficial
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
Please note, this role is based 100% on site at our clients offices in Castle Donington, hybrid/remote working is not offered for this role at this time.
