We are looking for an Afternoon Tea RestaurantManagerfor the Gallery Restaurant in Sketch.
What is my role as Afternoon Tea Restaurant Manager ?
Reporting to the Gallery Restaurant Director, the afternoon tea Restaurant Manager will concentrate on delivering an incredible experience to your guests joining for afternoon tea.
The candidate will participate in the service of afternoon tea alongside assistant managers and waiters/waitresses. The Afternoon Tea Restaurant Manager must have a lively energetic personality and be passionate about customer service.
It will be their responsibility to ensure all staff follow the correct standards and that guests have a 5 star afternoon tea experience.
The role will work mostly during the day time as afternoon tea is served from 11am until 16:30pm.
