We are a small boutique guest house seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as the Guest House Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the guest house, including guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, preparing and serving buffet style breakfast, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.
The successful candidate will need to have hospitality skills, a great personality, excellent English-speaking abilities, and a good work ethic. It's a bonus if you have hotel management experience, but we will not hold it against you if you don't.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations, including taking calls and responding to emails
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt attention to guest needs and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and reporting maintenance to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Handle guest complaints and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
- Assists with inventory management and ordering of guesthouse supplies
- Working closely with Pub General Manager and Operations Director
