We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our Restaurant and Bar team at The Cadogan. This key position offers a unique opportunity to shape the evolution of our Restaurant and Bar concepts and spearhead the relaunch of our Restaurant and Bar, creating exceptional guest experiences. The new concept will be launching in early 2026.

The ideal candidate will have pre-opening experience and will focus on building a strong relationship with the local community.

Reporting to the Director of F&B, the Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality, creativity, and efficiency of all Restaurant and Bar operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations management (staffing, scheduling, inventory).

  • Team supervision and coordination.

  • Staff hiring, training, and evaluation.

  • Guest satisfaction and revenue enhancement.

  • Complaint handling.

  • Health & Safety and policy compliance.

  • Menu collaboration with Executive Chef.

  • Staff meetings and briefings.

  • Opening/closing duties (cash handling).

  • Cleanliness maintenance.

  • Reservation and seating management.

  • Collaboration with other departments.

  • Financial report analysis (improvement/cost control).

  • Marketing and promotional initiatives.

  • Build rapport and relationships with the local community.

  • SevenRooms database management.

  • Support other F&B outlets when and if needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by the F&B Director.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in restaurant/bar management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards.

  • Ability to analyse financial data and implement cost control measures.

  • Experience with marketing and promotional initiatives.

  • Flexible and adaptable.
