With impressive year-on-year growth and recent investment backing, the business is now looking to hire a talented Financial Accountant.This is a rare opportunity to move into a broad, hands-on role with full ownership of month-end, statutory reporting, and continuous process improvement, all within a small but mighty finance teamWhat You'll Be Doing:
- Own and run the month-end close, including journal postings, reconciliations, and reporting
- Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts and support year-end audit
- Manage half-year and annual reporting cycles across multiple entities
- Work closely with the Group FC on process improvements, controls, and financial strategy
- Partner with non-finance teams to provide meaningful financial insights and drive informed decision-making
- Be part of a small, high-trust team where your voice is heard and your ideas shape the future of finance in the business
Who We're Looking For:
- ACA qualified with 5+ years' experience, ideally trained in a Big 4 firm
- Experience working with listed or complex businesses (IFRS knowledge a big plus)
- Comfortable in a high-growth or fast-changing environment
- A ambitious accountant who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and variety
- Someone who wants to step out of a siloed corporate role and into a position where you'll gain exposure to everything from board reporting to systems improvements
