- Preparation of Group monthly management accounts
- Preparation of reporting packs for Senior Management and Executive Board
- Oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations and control checks to ensure accurate records and month-end accounts are produced
- Regular reporting to the wider business of sales and sales forecasting
- Business partnering with other departments and global sales teams
- Processing monthly payroll and year-end payroll tasks in the UK and international entities
- Managing Corporation Tax and VAT reporting and payments in all office locations
- Leading the UK and overseas Audits and statutory reporting
- Assisting with Budgeting process
- Continuing process improvements and system implementations to maximise efficiency
- Managing the Assistant Accountant, overseeing their deliverables
- Prior experience in preparing management accounts
- Excellent Excel skills with experience in building models, creating reports and reconciliations
- Able to demonstrate examples of taking initiative, being proactive and adding value with a growth mindset
- Experience or interest in managing more junior team members
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000
