- Salary: £40,000 to £47,000
What to expect:
- Support in managing and developing monthly overhead reporting and budgets.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to improve short- and long-term cash and balance sheet forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of monthly contract journals.
- Assist in preparing monthly trial balances, reports, and analysis.
- Report on group debtor and cash positions.
- Contribute to month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
- Analyse daily bank transactions to track historical cash flow.
- Help implement and maintain finance processes, controls, and team development with the Financial Controller and Finance Director.
What skills/attributes
- ACCA/CIMA Part-qualified/Finalist.
- Confident handling and analysing data.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong excel skills.
