Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Hybrid - 3 Days in Paddington Office, 2 Days WFH
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a talented and proactive Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. The Role:
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you'll play a critical role in supporting financial decision-making and ensuring robust financial control across their multiple sites. Your day-to-day will involve managing balance sheets, producing P&L analysis, and maintaining strong financial processes in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts with detailed P&L and variance analysis
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheets with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support business decisions
- Work closely with operational teams across multiple sites to understand performance and drive improvements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
About You:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 6 months' post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in a multi-site business (e.g. hospitality, retail, clinics) is essential
- A strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, particularly double-entry and balance sheet controls
- Commercially minded with the ability to challenge, question and provide actionable insights
- Confident communicator with an inquisitive nature and proactive approach
- Immediately available or on a notice period of no more than 1 month
- You must have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role
