We are currently partnered with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of250m and a strong national presence delivering flagship projects across sectors who are looking for a mechanical estimator to join their team.
Reporting to an MEP estimating manager, you will join a talented team working on exciting bids and tenders across their upcoming project portfolio. Based from their head office in Central London, they support a hybrid working arrangement typically with a 3/2 split but there is flexibility on this week on workload and the necessity to attend critical meetings.

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions

Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate costs

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing

Support the preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of rates

Contribute to risk and value engineering assessments

Attend and contribute to internal pricing and review meetings.
