Mixed Tax Director - Top 100 firm London £90,000 to £120,000Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to have been appointed by our client, a prominent and award-winning national Top 100 firm that are now able to offer to market the position of Mixed Tax Director with a dotted line opportunity to Partner status. The successful candidate will effectively lead the day to day running of the tax department, overseeing all aspects of both corporate and personal tax advisory, planning and compliance delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a truly diverse client base. Role Requirements:Lead and manage the offices tax department, providing direction and guidance to a team of skilled tax professionals. Provide expert advice on a wide range of personal tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and non-domiciled taxation. Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Promote and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalised and strategic tax advice. Develop and action tax strategies to optimise clients corporate structures and minimise tax liabilities. Provide expert advice on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and international tax issues. Review and sign off on complex tax computations and corporate tax returns. Person Requirements:CTA qualified with extensive experience across personal and corporate tax working for a prominent UK based accounting firm. Proven experience in a leadership role within a reputable accounting or tax advisory firm. In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and a keen understanding of its practical applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent team management and leadership capabilities. A strategic thinker with the ability to drive business development initiatives.
