Senior Accountant Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant you'll manage a portfolio of clients and support the delivery of high-quality accounting services, including:

* Preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102* Preparing monthly or quarterly management accounts* Preparing corporate tax returns, personal tax returns and VAT returns* Liaising with HMRC and assisting clients with accounting queries

What We're Looking For:

* ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)* Solid experience in accounts preparation within an accountancy practice* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102* Experience with property clients is a plus, but not essential* Good communication and client-facing skills* Ability to manage your own workload and work effectively as part of a team* Familiarity with CCH software is an advantage
