Job Title: Senior Property Accountant
Location: London Bridge
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time in the office

Our client, a leading organisation in the property sector, are seeking a talented Property Accountant to join their team in the vibrant area of Southwark, just 2 minutes from London Bridge train station!
Key Responsibilities:As a Property Accountant, you will be at the heart of financial operations, working closely with the Finance Manager and asset managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing quarterly company management accounts (P&L, B/S, and Cash flow) and ensuring accurate monthly cash flow analysis.
- Overseeing bank and rent reconciliations provided by agents to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborating on annual budgets and business plans, with a proactive approach to reporting improvements.
- Preparing quarterly board papers with insightful variance analysis.
- Assisting with year-end statutory accounts prepared under IFRS and liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
- Managing inter-company balances and corporate administration for non-UK companies.
- Supporting asset managers with financial reviews of prospective tenants and lease cash flow modelling.
- Engaging in various projects and ad hoc duties within the Finance Department.
What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Ideally property experience or international experience
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; familiarity with overseas accounting regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external advisors.
