Description
路 Documentary checking (first & second) - LC/Amendments/Payment/Guarantees/Bonds
路 Handling/processing of LC/Guarantees etc Opening (Trade Services) - Inward and Outward
路 Handling/processing of Bills for Collection Inward and Outward
路 Ensuring that LCs are advised/confirmed promptly
路 Administration of Trade Services transactions, including input to our banking system, file
administration
路 Liaison with Issuing Banks
路 Liaison with Group Trade Services
路 Liaison with clients
路 Due diligence checks - AML/KYC and Sanctions
Any other work allocated by the Head, Trade Finance and/or Assistant Manager, Trade Finance
Profile
- Must be immediately available or on a 1 week notice.
- Strong experience in document checking and trade finance
- Knowledge of guarantees
- Knowledge of Swift
- Banking experience
