Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping - Maintain accurate accounts payable & receivable recordsBank Reconciliation - Perform complex reconciliations & resolve discrepanciesAccounts Payable - Verify, code & process invoices, liaising with insurers/partnersAccounts Receivable & Credit Control - Generate invoices, track payments & chase overdue accountsPremium Finance - Process instalments & assist clients with finance-related queriesQuality Assurance - Conduct checks to maintain financial accuracy & compliance

What We’re Looking For:

? Essential:

  • Strong experience in credit control & reconciliations
  • Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, & organisational skills
  • Ethical, proactive, and committed to high financial standards

? Desirable:

  • Experience in insurance or financial services
  • Familiarity with premium finance processes
  • Ability to work both independently & as a team.
