We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented accountant to join a Real Estate company on a part time temporary basis. This is fully office based in Ealing, working a minimum of 2 days per week and must be able to start immediately. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in Finance in the Real Estate industry. You will be responsible for managing the financial records of the business, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately, and assisting with financial reporting. The role will primarily involve processing invoices, managing accounts and rental payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports for management.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the estate agency.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle payroll processing and related tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with external accountants for tax and audit purposes.
- Support the management team with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an accountant preferably in a property or estate agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software Xero
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
