Altum Consulting are working with a global healthcare business to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. This role will be based in Central London and will offer hybrid working.
Accounts Payable Assistant role:
- Processing invoices for the group
- Processing supplier payments
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Administering staff expenses and credit card statements
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Investigating discrepancies
- Resolving queries, including relevant audit queries
For this Accounts Payable Assistant role you'll be/have:
- Actively studying towards an accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Experience processing invoices for multiple entities
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
