Senior Bookkeeper / Production Accountant (Part-Time, 3 days per Week)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bookkeeper / Production Accountant to join a thriving and dynamic creative business. Operating within the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries, this company collaborates with some of the most established brands and emerging designers worldwide.This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with 1-2 days based in the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with experience in production accounting or bookkeeping within a creative environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier and artist invoices, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash transactions.
  • Manage supplier payments, credit control, and aged debt reporting.
  • Ensure timely billing of advances, artist fees, and production costs.
  • Work closely with producers and agents to finalise expense breakdowns and job wrap reports.
  • Perform regular WIP reconciliations and produce monthly artist statements.
  • Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and prepare financial reports for review.
  • Support broader finance functions, including fixed asset and prepayment records.
Key Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Production Accountant, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • A background within the Creative sector is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
