THE COMPANY

Our client is home to iconic franchises and has a vast film and TV library, earning hundreds of Oscar nominations and multiple wins.

 

THE ROLE

As a Junior Management Accountant, you will support quarterly and external reporting, while also preparing internal reports for other departments and the US team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare month end journals, including prepayments, accruals, stock and cost/revenue uploads.
  • Support month end and quarter end close activities.
  • Perform general ledger reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile employee expense accounts from Concur to SAP.
  • Review and support travel and expense submissions via Concur/Altour.
  • Upload digital sales data and generate self-billing invoices.
  • Assist with the preparation of royalty statements.
  • Respond to PO-related queries and review GRIR.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide reports to management.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and well organised financial records.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Accounts Payable and Receivable.

 

THE PERSON

It is important to have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, including trial balances, profit and loss accounts and statutory accounts.

You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and SUMIFs.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and effective teamwork skills are essential. An AAT qualification, or actively working towards one, is desirable. Experience with SAP, BW, and Concur systems is also highly beneficial.
