The Firm
A leading Legal 500 firm are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy and growing team in their City of London office.

The Role
The successful Administration Assistant will provide a range of administrative and file management tasks to the firm's busy Tax team. Duties to include:
  • Assisting with client onboarding procedures
  • Preparing documents, letters and invoices
  • Assisting with billing processes
  • Assisting with processing expenses
  • Diary management where needed
  • General administrative duties such as scanning, filing and photocopying
This Administration Assistant opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7pm

Required experience
  • CILEX or an administration qualification (desirable)
  • Previous administration experience within a law firm (desirable)
